To set up a Customer Portal account, you will need your account number (with the dash), your CID number and an email addres to enroll. Both of these numbers can be found at the top of your bill and also the middle section above the transaction information.
Here you will be able to see your billing history, usage, payment amounts and total amount due. You can manage your billing preferences from this portal to receive eBills instead of paper bills.
We now offer credit & debit cards, eChecks, and recurring payments. You can also set a future date for your payment to be processed. If you don't want to set up an account, you can choose to use "Quick Pay" and pay your bill without setting up an account.
Choose to pay your entire bill or enter an amount you would like to pay. A processing fee associated with online bill payment will be calculated at the time of your payment and the amount will be displayed to you before you submit your payment.
