Dear community members: As many of you are aware, the presence of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has been reported in our region of Western Pennsylvania. The Municipal Authority of the City of Monongahela (MACM) is sensitive to the serious nature of the Coronavirus and is following guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in order to keep our employees, public officials, and citizens safe. As a precautionary measure and for the safety of our employees, their families, and the community, the MACM office will be closed to the public beginning March 20, 2020 until further notice. The Authority office will continue to be staffed during its normal hours of operation Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm.
We will continue to monitor updates from CDC and other government agencies as they become available. Billing payments can continue to be made online through our website, by standard mail, or by telephone. Payments can also be left in the drop-box at the front of the office. If one isn’t aware of the amount they owe, they can call (724) 258-9598 and we’d be happy to assist.
